The 2021 NYICHC took place in New York City. In its first year, the New York International Cheese Competition received close to 200 submissions from over 5 countries and around the United States. The trade buyer-only judges were impressed and excited with the quality of the submissions to the inaugural competition, and are already looking forward to the next competition set for 2022!
