Spicy Salami: Robust and spicy with paprika and ground red pepper, qualities similar to a spanish chorizo.
Fennel Salami: Aromatic and bright from a smattering of coarse ground fennel seeds. Very similar to many Tuscan varieties.
Red Wine & Garlic Salami: Seasoned with cracked pepper, red wine and garlic. This salami is round, earthy and studded with buttery, melt-in-your-mouth fat.
