Become an Artisan CheesemakerVermont Farmstead Cheese Co.
Spend two days with us at our farm and creamery in South Woodstock, Vermont. You and five of your friends will meet our herd of cows, and learn how to milk them. You can participate in any or all of the chores during that shift, including feeding our baby calves. We will provide you with lodging and dinner at a quaint country inn in town. The following morning, you'll use the milk from the cow's the night before to produce your own custom artisan cheese. You'll spend the day in the creamery learning the cheese-making process. At the end of the day, we'll send each guest with 10 pounds of the cheese. Once it has aged, we will send 10 pounds of the cheese you made to each guest.This is a once in a lifetime experience you won't want to miss out on!
